Outlet Management -KFC
OutLet Management was an Design Pitch for a Food Chanin Franchising outlet- KFC. The Aim of the project was to mange and monitor outlet performance by keeping track of the different KPI and Identifying the root problems.

The problem that we solved here was Drivers hands-off time. To solve this the issue we came up with a solution which helped the outlet to identify the root problem caused and rectify it as soon as possible.

The main focus of this project is to analyze KFC's current business operations and provide recommendations for improvement. This will involve analyzing various aspects of the company, customer service, Service management and overall operations. The data will be analyzed to identify areas where KFC can improve its business processes and increase customer satisfaction.
The project will involve developing recommendations for improvement. This will involve identifying specific actions that KFC can take to improve its operations, Handling Time, Delivery Time and customer service. The recommendations will be based on best practices in the fast-food industry and will be tailored to KFC's unique business needs.
Finally, the project will involve implementing the recommendations and measuring their impact. This will involve working closely with KFC's management team to implement the recommended changes and track their effectiveness over time. The project will be considered successful if it results in measurable improvements in KFC's business operations and customer satisfaction levels.
